The organization owner creates API tokens in the app. Open Integrations, open the Mindstamp API card, enter a Token name, and select Create token. REST API access is on Pro, Scale, Ultra and Enterprise plans.

An embedded Mindstamp player sends events to your page with window.postMessage: play, pause, progress, end, and each viewer interaction. Add a message listener on the page, check the origin, and act on the event name. Your page can also send commands to play, pause, seek or set a variable. Javascript player events are on Core and higher plans.

Add a short script to the page that copies the page's query string onto the Mindstamp iframe address. The player then reads each parameter. name, email, phone and custom_id identify the viewer, and every other parameter becomes a variable you can show in the video and see in reports.

Use a standard IANA time zone name, such as America/New_York or Europe/London, in the timezone parameter when you filter API results by date. If you send no time zone, or a name the API does not recognize, the API uses UTC (Etc/UTC).

No. Mindstamp does not use your videos, transcripts, answers or viewer data to train AI models, and the AI model providers that Mindstamp uses do not train on it either. AI agent features (Max and Mindstamp MCP) stay off until your account owner turns them on, and other AI features run only when you use them.
