Choose Basic if one person needs a few short videos, Pro if you need conditional logic, a custom domain, HubSpot, or the API, and Scale or Ultra for large volume. The pricing page has the full comparison. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required. You can build and publish real interactive videos, and you keep what you made when you choose a plan. For example, Basic is $990 a year, about $83 a month, instead of $99 a month. The limit is the number of videos you hold at one time, and it does not reset each month. Delete a video to free a slot. Markdown: https://mindstamp.com/markdown/help/what-counts-as-a-video.md ## [How do I get more videos, seats, or streaming minutes?](https://mindstamp.com/help/add-videos-seats-or-minutes) Upgrade to a larger plan from Billing, or contact the team for add-ons. Extra seats are $15 per user per month. Extra videos and streaming minutes are quoted per account. Markdown: https://mindstamp.com/markdown/help/add-videos-seats-or-minutes.md ## [What happens if I exceed my streaming limit?](https://mindstamp.com/help/what-happens-if-go-over-my-view-report-limit) Playback continues. Mindstamp plans measure streaming minutes, the total time your audience watches each month, not a view or report limit. If your account nears or passes its allowance, a member of the team contacts you to talk about capacity. Viewers can load your videos only while your account has an active plan. Mindstamp runs each view live: it plays the interactions, personalizes them, and records the results. Plans start at $99 a month, or $83 a month billed yearly. Mindstamp shows the amount due today before you confirm. The change starts at once and is prorated. You can pause any paid plan for as long as you need, for a reduced monthly fee. Your videos, views, and viewers stay saved, but viewers cannot watch your videos, including shared links and embeds, until you resume. Markdown: https://mindstamp.com/markdown/help/pause-subscription.md ## [How do I cancel my subscription?](https://mindstamp.com/help/cancel-subscription) Open Billing, select Pause or cancel subscription, and follow the steps. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your shared and embedded videos keep working until then. Mindstamp may give a partial refund within a few days of a monthly charge, or within set periods of a yearly start. To ask, email hello@mindstamp.com from your account email. If a refund is issued, the account and its data are deleted at once.
