# How do I add a Mindstamp video to iSpring Suite or iSpring Learn?

Topic: [Training, LMS and certificates](https://mindstamp.com/help/training) · Updated: 2026-10-05

## Short answer

On the **iSpring Suite** toolbar in PowerPoint, select **Web Object**, then **Embed code**, and paste the Mindstamp **Basic iframe** code. For the video score in iSpring Learn, upload the Mindstamp SCORM package there as a course of its own.

## Steps

1. In Mindstamp, publish the video from its **Share** page if it is not published yet.
2. Under **Embed**, choose **Basic iframe** and select **Copy embed code**.
3. Save the course in PowerPoint. iSpring asks you to save before you add a web object.
4. On the **iSpring Suite** toolbar, select **Web Object**, then **Embed code**.
5. Paste the code. To use the address instead, choose **Web address** and paste the address inside src.
6. Choose **Display in slide** or **Display in a new browser window**. A new window shows as an icon on the slide.
7. Set the size. In the slide, move and resize the rectangle. For a new window, set a window size or full screen.
8. To show the player after a delay, set **Show after**. The default is 0 seconds.
9. Publish the course.
10. Play the slide in a browser.

## Embed the video on an iSpring Learn page

- In the page, select **Media** on the toolbar, then **Embed**.
- Paste the Basic iframe code or the player address, and press Enter.
- Choose an alignment for the player.
- Add a caption if you want one.

## Upload the SCORM package to iSpring Learn

- On the Mindstamp **Share** page, under **Export**, select **Download SCORM package**. This needs a Core plan or higher.
- Choose **SCORM 1.2** and a **Completion Checkpoint** of 10, 25, 50, 75, 90, 95 or 100 percent.
- iSpring Learn lists SCORM 1.2 and 2004 uploads without naming the 2004 edition. Test one 2004 package before you use it widely.
- In iSpring Learn, open **Learning Content** and a project, then select **Upload**. You can also drag the ZIP file in. A course can be up to 3 GB.
- Assign the package and the Suite course to a test learner.
- Run both as that learner.
- Check the score in iSpring Learn.

## Check what the iSpring pages leave out

The iSpring pages read on October 5, 2026 do not cover https, framing, or the mobile app. Use the address from the Mindstamp code, which starts with https, and check the published course on a phone.

## If your account restricts embed domains

If you set **Allowed embed domains** in Mindstamp, add your iSpring Learn domain and any other LMS domain to the list. Otherwise learners see “Video not available: Code 617”. See [restrict embed domains](https://mindstamp.com/help/restrict-embed-domains).

## Know which learner watched

The embed does not receive the learner’s iSpring Learn account. To see names in Mindstamp reports, add lead capture to the video so learners enter their name and email. A SCORM package passes the name and ID from the LMS instead. See [viewer identity and anonymous viewers](https://mindstamp.com/help/viewer-identity-and-anonymous-viewers).
