No. Mindstamp does not hold a SOC 2 report or an ISO 27001 certification. Mindstamp provides a security statement on request, and Enterprise buyers can bring their security questionnaire and vendor requirements to a scoped review.

Yes. Mindstamp complies with the GDPR, and a data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request. Every view records basic technical data, including the viewer's IP address, approximate location (city, region and country) and browser. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, answers and other personal data are collected only when your video asks for them, for example with Lead Capture, questions, variables or precise location.

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Mindstamp sets up SSO or SAML as custom work scoped for each account, not as a setting you turn on yourself.
