Can I add an interactive video to Cornerstone OnDemand?
Yes, as a SCORM online course. Upload the Mindstamp package with the Content Uploader, and Cornerstone tracks it on the transcript like any online course. Cornerstone opens the training in a new window, and the package loads the player in that window.
Can I embed the Mindstamp player in a Cornerstone page?
No. Cornerstone learning objects do not include an HTML or iframe block, so there is no place for embed code. The closest option is a Material with the share link. It opens in a new window and sends nothing back to Cornerstone.
Which SCORM version should I use for Cornerstone?
Use SCORM 1.2 for Cornerstone OnDemand. Cornerstone lists SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004, but its documents do not name the 2004 edition. Mindstamp exports SCORM 2004 3rd and 4th editions, so test one 2004 package before you use it across courses. See SCORM export.
Can Mindstamp connect to Cornerstone with xAPI or LTI?
No. Cornerstone accepts xAPI packages, and Cornerstone sets up each LTI Provider through Edge Import, so course authors cannot add one. Mindstamp exports SCORM only. See xAPI and cmi5.
Does Cornerstone have interactive video?
Cornerstone documents a plain Video learning object. Interactive video in Cornerstone comes from partner integrations, such as Kaltura and Panopto. Mindstamp needs no integration: the SCORM package loads the interactive video from Mindstamp, and the score goes to the transcript.
