- How do I cancel my subscription?Cancel from Billing in Mindstamp. Your videos stay live until the paid period ends. Export reports first; data is deleted after a grace period.
- Which Mindstamp plan should I choose?Choose a Mindstamp plan by your video count, admin seats, streaming minutes, and the first feature you need. Most teams start on Core.

- How can I share my interactive video?Share a Mindstamp video by link, website embed, email, social post, QR code, SCORM or offline package, and keep every interaction working.
- How can I embed a Mindstamp video on my website?Copy a Mindstamp embed code, paste it into an HTML block on your site, keep it responsive, and test the interactions and tracking.
- Can I get one report with completion and answers across several videos?Use the completion report for one row per person with a score for each video, and a filtered views export for every answer across a course.
- How does Mindstamp recognize viewers, and why are some anonymous?How Mindstamp remembers a viewer in one browser, what happens on a new device or QR code, and how to identify viewers for resume and completion.
- Can I export a Mindstamp video as a SCORM package for my LMS?Download a SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 package from the Share page. Your LMS gets completion and a score for each learner. Available on Core and higher plans.
- How can I add a YouTube subscribe button to my video?Add a subscribe button inside your Mindstamp video that opens your YouTube channel, then see who clicks it. The same steps work for newsletters.
- Why can’t my video go fullscreen?iPhone does not allow an interactive player to go fullscreen, so Mindstamp hides the button there. On other devices, check that the embed allows fullscreen.
