Does Mindstamp support GDPR requirements?

Updated · 1 min read

Short answer

Yes. Mindstamp complies with the GDPR, and a data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request. The Mindstamp Privacy Policy describes the rights people have under the GDPR, including access, correction, erasure and data portability, and explains how personal data is transferred out of the European Union. For a data request or a legal document your review needs, contact the team.

  1. Read the Privacy Policy, especially "Your Rights" and "Transferring PD from the European Union".
  2. To make a data request, email hello@mindstamp.com, the contact named in the Privacy Policy, or use the contact form.
  3. To get a data processing agreement (DPA) or other signed documents, send the request through the Enterprise page or the contact form.
