What is your refund policy, and how do I get a refund?

Updated · 1 min read

Short answer

Refunds follow the Terms of Service. Mindstamp may give a partial refund within a few days of a monthly charge, or within set periods of a yearly start. To ask, email hello@mindstamp.com from your account email. If a refund is issued, the account and its data are deleted at once.

  1. Check that your request is inside the time window below.
  2. Export any reports and viewer data you want to keep.
  3. From your account email, send a message to hello@mindstamp.com with your organization name and the reason.
  4. Wait for Mindstamp to reply with a decision.
  • Within the first 7 days of your first monthly subscription, Mindstamp may refund 50% of that month.
  • Within 3 days of a later monthly renewal, Mindstamp may refund 50% of that month.
  • Within 30 days of the start, Mindstamp may refund 75% of the yearly price.
  • Within the first 90 days, Mindstamp may refund 50% of the yearly price.

Refunds are at Mindstamp's discretion. Mindstamp can refuse a refund based on usage, intent, and other factors. When a refund is issued, the account and all its data are deleted immediately, so export first.

  • The trial is free and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund if you never chose a plan.
  • If you only want to stop future charges, cancel instead. The plan runs to the end of the paid period.
  • If you chose the wrong plan, change it from Billing. On a change you pay only the difference.
